EXPANSION PLANS

Phase I

The company has placed an order for sanitary pad manufacturing machines from Taicang Guangsheng Machinery Co., Ltd. These machines boast a production capacity of 700-800 pieces per minute, ensuring high-volume output and operational efficiency.  With a focus on enhancing its global reach, the company is rapidly expanding its network of distributors and exploring new, lucrative geographical markets.

Key features of the machinery include a high-speed crusher machine (Model: M.H), Mitsubishi servo motors, a Pansource web guider, and a JDL glue applicator. Together, these components enhance product quality and operational performance, contributing to superior manufacturing standards.

 

This strategy aims to solidify its position as a dominant player in the industry, strengthening its competitive edge on a global scale. The machines a reset to be delivered by December 2024, with New Delhi as the port of unloading, and production is scheduled to commence soon after, with the company expecting to start booking sales in the last quarter of FY 2025.

The cost of the machinery is approximately Rs 8 crore, and the payment terms have been agreed upon as 100% advance payment. A buyer inspection will take place before shipment from the port of loading in Shanghai, China, to ensure the equipment’s quality and compliance with the required standards.
